The
gardens restored according to plans dating
17th century offer a beautifull example of monastic gardens
which allows the visitor to appreciate in the vegetable
garden the combinaison of flowers and vegetables, aromatic
and medicinal plants, the orchard with a variety of ancient and diversely prune-shaped fruit trees, the flower-beds and groves which
progressively drive you up to the hill.
This
top hill offers pretty views on the gardens, the Abbey estate and
a typical panorama of the region with its hills, cliffs, marshes
and river we guess designing a further bend in the heart of a luxuriant
vegetation.
